Informatics Research & Development Group (IRDG) is not only a platform for the masterminds of computer sciences who love to play with digits and think about the logic, but also provides a great opportunity for those students who really want to excel themselves in this field.

IRDG (Informatics Research & Development Group) was organized in September 2003. Sub committees were made and the teams started their work with full zeal and zest. They included research committee, software organizing committee, software development committees, magazine committee and seminar committee.

The seminar committee has been organizing many seminars and workshops to cope with the present technologies available in computer science. With the passage of time the names of these committees and the heads of the society kept changing but the aim is still there and a lot of work is being done on it.

The research committee has been involved in research areas databases, artificial intelligence, robotics, network & communications, and medical sciences.
